Maple Whipped Goat Cheese

Serves: 8-10 people | Time: 10 minutes | Equipment: Food Processor or Blender

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz goat cheese (I usually buy two 8oz logs)

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  • Sea Salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend the goat cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. I recommend letting them sit on the counter and come to room temperature to make the blending process a little easier.

  2. Add the maple syrup, a dash of sea salt, and cinnamon and blend one last time.

  3. Serve in a bowl alongside crackers, cured meat such as prosciutto, and sliced apples or pears.

Insider Scoop: My favorite bite is to smear some of the spread on a cracker and top with prosciutto and a pear slice.
